With all tracking devices a monthly communication/hosting charges are necessary to keep the units live on the networks. With our hosting you not only get a communication link to the device to assist recovery if the asset is stolen, but a check to ensure the unit is communicating.

WebSite Access
We will provide you with a secure log on to our web site to view the GSM location of your assets. Locations are automatically updated on either an hourly, weekly or daily basis, with additional positions as requested.
For customers with large number of assets to monitor it is possible to set up multiple depots on the web site with access to each depot allocated by the customer. Assets can be easily moved from depot to depot

Automatic Notification of Alarms
Asset-Track Hosting also includes notification of alarms and alerts such as low battery and tamper alarms, these are sent by SMS to nominated mobile phone/s and by e-mail.

Battery Replacement
We can upgrade and re-place battery in our Asset Tracking Units, Units should be sent back to us as we are unable to complete this on site.

Stolen Assets
A National Recovery Network, is available to track and recover the assets if stolen.
When any unit is stolen a crime reference number should be obtained from the Police.
A recovery team can be despatched once an initial cell location has been established, and the exact position of the asset can be tracked to within a few feet by activating a built in RF transmitter.
